1. The service
Tour by Cart Rome (VAT no. 18581251008) organises private guided tours in Rome (golf cart, Vespa, food tasting, and custom tours). By booking a tour, you accept the terms described on this page.
2. How booking works
Requests sent through the "Book online" form or via WhatsApp are booking requests, not confirmed bookings. Our team checks availability and replies via WhatsApp or email to confirm the date, time, and final price. The site does not currently process online payments: payment is arranged directly with our team before or on the day of the tour.
3. Pricing
Prices are shown in euros (€) per group, up to the number of guests stated for each tour. Larger groups may incur an extra-guest surcharge, shown in the booking summary before you send your request.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour's start time, by writing to the email or phone number at the bottom of this page. For cancellations within 48 hours of the start time, please contact us — we review these on a case-by-case basis depending on the arrangements already made.
5. Changes or cancellations on our side
In case of adverse weather, vehicle issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, we may offer a new date/time or, if that's not possible, cancel the tour at no cost to you.
6. During the tour
The golf cart is driven by a professional guide; please follow their instructions for your safety and respect the maximum number of guests allowed for the vehicle you booked.
7. Liability
Tours take place on public roads in Rome. Tour by Cart Rome follows applicable safety regulations; participation is subject to the usual care expected in an urban mobility setting.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Rome.
